Now the weather is warming up we are able to sit out on our patio chatting and having cups of tea. We had a trip to Tong ice cream parlour on a beautiful sunny afternoon which was fun.

Our usual fitness leader is Lee, who does a great job, getting everyone moving and laughing. Our own Linzi decided to have a go and made a great job of it, with pompom waving and lots of fun.

We had a lovely time when Fascinating Rhythms came to sing for us. In fact it was quite a riotous party by the end, and almost every resident had got up and danced.
