After a lot of snow and bad colds it was time to cheer ourselves up. We hatched out 10 chicks and enjoyed watching them grow for 10 days, after which they went to live in Malton. There was a Chick Party for children of staff and residents with a treasure hunt and pass the parcel and lots of chick stroking.
