Christmas

As usual we had a full programme of events, many chosen by the residents. Fascinating Rhythms, their favourite singing act, performed well, and Naynah, one of our staff, brought her college friends to sing carols. There was a tea dance, special Bingo and a Christmas Quiz. A theatre company performed Jack and the Beanstalk, and Santa Claus (played by one of the residents) visited children and grandchildren of staff and residents and gave them all a gift. On Christmas Day we all sat round one big table, and after a sing song led by Tom and his guitar we enjoyed a beautiful dinner cooked by the manager.
